We're pleased to share that Martin Lau has joined Visualcareas Chief Technology Officer.

Martin brings more than 25 years of enterprise technology experience to the role. He spent the last eleven of those as CTO of Citation Group, leading technology strategy across Australia for the group's SaaS, legal, certification and HR services lines. While there, he maintained ISO certification across the business, drove a cloud-native transformation, and led technology due diligence and integration through multiple acquisitions.

It's the kind of background that translates well to theworld Australian care providers operate in. Compliance heavy, regulated,multi-jurisdictional, and increasingly demanding on the systems sittingunderneath day-to-day operations.

Martin's joining at a busy moment for the sector. Reform is reshaping registration, pricing and provider costs. Providers are being asked to do more with tighter margins and it’s Visualcare's job to simplify that complexity into one platform while improving provider productivity, so teams can focus on participants and providing great care rather than paperwork.

Here's Martin on what drew him to Visualcare:

“I'm excited to be joining Visualcare. The care sector makesa meaningful difference to people’s lives but can be overwhelmingly complex forproviders and participants to navigate. The Visualcare team have been solving problemsfor providers for years, helping them deliver important outcomes for their participants.I can't wait to get stuck in, get to know the team, and start working on what'snext”

And from our CEO, Michael Graves:

“Martin's appointment is an important step for the business. His experience leading technology for regulated, compliance-heavy industriesacross Australia and New Zealand is well suited to where we're heading, and itpositions us to keep delivering on our mission to simplify care provideroperations.”

Welcome to the team, Martin.
