The first stage of the Support at Home changes are now in effect, with all Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) providers feeling these effects. As of 1 July 2025, the existing CHSP service codes have been replaced, and DEX now rejects any activity reported using the old codes.

All remaining services must be mapped to the new codes before reporting.
From the start of July, providers need to:
If you haven’t changed these things already, you still can – it really becomes important at the claiming stage.
To make this migration easier, we’ve built a new CHSP migration tool directly into Visualcare. This self-guided wizard is designed to help you complete your transition quickly and accurately, with minimal disruption to your daily operations.
What once could have taken hours or even days to update can now be done in just a few clicks.
With our tool:
This isn’t just about staying compliant. Having the correct codes in place means that service delivery from July and beyond can be reported smoothly, without delays or rejections in DEX. It also gives your rostering and care teams confidence that their schedules and timesheets are aligned with the latest requirements.
And because this tool lives inside Visualcare, there’s no need to jump between platforms or send files to support teams. It’s all handled in one place, with you in full control.
We’re constantly building tools like this to save time and effort across your back office and admin functions, so you and your team can spend this time having a greater impact across NDIS.
